Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to opened or used personal care products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
